[ISLMA-Share] Google Classroom Chat

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

We discovered that you can't turn off google hangouts for individual
students through Gmail.

It is very frustrating right now, because a few kids are ruining it for
many.
It also effects the whole district, not just one school.
