[ISLMA-Share] Library renovation

Over the summer the middle school library went from nasty, disgusting
20-year old carpet to tile. While I was very happy to see the carpet go, I
was extremely concerned about the noise. The maintenance dept found felt
pads that pop onto the feet of the chairs. There are about 60 chairs in the
library/computer area and noise has not been a factor at all. I think we've
had to replace about 4 of the chair feet due to breakage of the plastic
clip pieces. We also put self sticking felt on the table feet to prevent
scratches on the new tile.
