[ISLMA-Share] What to ask at Tech meeting

Good Morning,

I've been invited (finally) to the technology planning meeting between the
superintendent and the tech staff.  The meeting will mostly be about us
going 1:1 in the next 2 years.  For those of you that have gone through the
1:1 process, do you have any ideas/concerns that you would bring to the
meeting?  I have a few topics I want to address, but thought I'd ask for
more suggestions.  I would like to seem prepared and like I know what I'm
talking about so they realize they need to keep including me!
