[ISLMA-Share] PARCC issues?

Mrs. Thakkar-

That is a network connectivity error.  Something is preventing your testing
machines from communicating in and out with the testing servers.  If the
machines they are testing on can "see" the network and the outside world,
it is likely not an issue local to the machine.
