[ISLMA-Share] lunchtime in the library

Granted our kids are a bit older, but the rules I tend to enforce are if I
can hear your talking from the front counter, you're too loud. (Likewise,
if I can hear your music, you need headphones.) Cell phones in the hallway.
These I give about one warning for.

Horseplay has a strict zero tolerance. Running, throwing, climbing. These
get sent back to the cafeteria immediately. Depending on the level of
infraction and number of repetition (and honestly, my mood) they are told
they can come back the next day, the next week, the next quarter, the next
semester, or the next year. (Usually these longer time periods involve some
sort of fraud---like this isn't even their lunch period and they are
cutting class AND causing disruption in the library.)

Once you establish a quiet, studious atmosphere, it tends to maintain
itself. (Until you get one bad actor---eject them quickly before they
change the " mood."
