[ISLMA-Share] lunchtime in the library

They have to have something to work on. Even if it's just a book to read.
They need to at least pretend that they are doing something. I reserve the
right to assign seats if they are just goofing off. If I do that for a day
or two, I get rid of the goofs. Really, the cafeteria is for socializing,
so I don't feel bad keeping them in there if they don't have something to
do in the library. There are study hall kids in here at the same time, and
it needs to be quiet enough that those who really need to concentrate can
do so.
