[ISLMA-Share] lunchtime in the library

Lunch is the only time students can come to the library without a pass.
Lunch is cut in half with part of it being their lunch time and the rest
being a study period for them called STEP. Students have to have a pass
from the teacher for whom they are doing the work in order to come to the
library anytime OTHER than their lunch. However, I am more lenient during
the lunch times because I know some kids just prefer the library setting to
the cafeteria or STEP classroom. I tell them that if they are quiet enough
NOT to draw my attention, I'll likely let them get away with not studying.
But if they get noisy enough for me to hear them, they could get sent back
to STEP. The library is one place in the building where they can always
have their cell phones. It seems like the logical place for them to check
their texts, emails, etc.
