[ISLMA-Share] lunchtime in the library

In my hs library, our rule for lunch visitors is simple:

If we have to speak to you to correct a behavior, we won't see you the next
day, week, month, etc.

Our study hall students who prefer the library to the silence of study hall
get
*"A day of reflection"* back in study hall when they interfere with the
balance of other classes, or other study hall students. It's lighthearted
and simple. Students warn their buddies about the horrors of getting "A day
of reflection," and will implore me and my aide to GIVE someone "A day of
reflection" when they bother them.

Funny, but taken seriously. No drama, no babysitting.
