[ISLMA-Share] PARCC Tips or Insights?

Hi!
We are using the application this year, instead of the browser. I have noticed that whenever an error comes up or a student's test freezes, we are able to fix the problem by simply closing the application on that computer, then re-opening it and resuming the test. It has happened with the math test several times, but not with the ELA test.Some of our students have reported that the audio for the video in the ELA Grade 11 test is much more quiet than the sound when they test their headphones before signing in.

That's all I can really think of. Everything has been going relatively smoothly for us since we started testing at the beginning of this week.
