[ISLMA-Share] Book Weeding

I put the books on couple book carts for students and staff to have for
free.

When I started my first major weeding, in addition to circulation records,
I ran a report of all the books by publication date. This was very useful,
as I pulled all the OLD books first that did not circulate, and it
dramatically improved the physical appearance of the collection. Of
course, some of the old books are classics, so many of those did not get
removed. After a couple years I replaced some of the really old classics
with newer copies.

It is a multi-year, continuous project.
