[ISLMA-Share] Book Weeding

Remember though, there may be a few instances where you have a classic book
that is used often even though it looks horrible. In this case, I would
order a new version, but while you are waiting for the new version to come
in, keep the oldie.

I weeded a collection and then took the books to a recycling center. I knew
eventually, the books would be recycled into other usable products, but
please know that the recycling process is not pretty. If you have problems
with seeing the covers pulled off of books or pages being torn, then
recycling may not be for you. Also, I did not put them in the recycling
bins at school because they ended up back in the library. I actually boxed
them up and took them to the recycling center myself.

Just my thoughts.
