[ISLMA-Share] In house leadership conference

Morning!

Question for the HS. I'm looking for any school that puts together a leadership conference for their incoming leaders of clubs and sports.

My thought is when the new leaders take over the clubs and/or other leadership positions in the school, that they do like a 1 day or 2 day in-school leadership conference, either at the end of the year or before school starts. Set expectations, meet the leaders, school spirit and leader workshops, and other leadership conference type stuff.

Does anyone do anything like this? I'm looking for the finer details to complete my thought.
