Yes, we just recently replaced our USI Roll Laminator with a LEDCO Educator. We had previously had a LEDCO which lasted around 20 years ( can’t seem to find an exact date but traced it back through who was responsible for it) with constant use!!! The USI only lasted about 5-6 years with several issues during those years.  USI was wonderful whenever I had a question or issue.

The USI held up to a 27” roll of laminate; the LEDCO holds a 25”in. roll.

I love this new one. It is easy to use and not as sensitive as the USI. It has a metal casing and infrastructure. The laminate rolls are very easy to load. The seal on the laminate is strong, and there has been no need to adjust tension. This newer model has the perfect heat setting marked by the laminate size on the side. It is almost foolproof! The LEDCO has a complete two year warranty; the others I looked at only had a one year warranty. The LEDCO is a bit more expensive than the USI but well worth the price difference.
