The closest to that price I can recommend is Country Reports which I pay a little more than $100 a year for.  Your cost might be less if you have fewer students? Not sure what the enrollment breakdown is.

I will be curious to see what others report. In my world that number is comical. (We pay in the $3000 range for our high school access.)
