[ISLMA-Share] AUP wording for e-readers

Hello-


I am in the process of adding about a dozen Kindle Fires to my collection for circulation. Does anyone have AUP wording which covers this type of device they would be willing to share? Or, does anyone have some type of permission slip their students must have on file to check these devices out? We are not a 1:1 district, so this a little new for my tech department.
