[ISLMA-Share] Library Notices

We actually went the other direction. We initially only had parent emails
so we sent those notices once a week. (Omitting title in the notice.)

Now we just added student emails to our Skyward interface so we can send to
both. We send one notice (with titles) to students on Friday morning with a
heads up that their parents will get the email on Sunday. (We used to email
parents Wednesday morning, but found that it just generated a boatload of
cranky phone calls wanting to know what the titles were. Now when we send
on Sunday, they can ask the kid what book it is and have a little more
leverage in making sure the return happens on Monday.

No matter how you do it, you can always tell by the drop box that the
emails have been generated.

We only send a paper notice to graduating seniors six weeks from d-day.
