[ISLMA-Share] Danielson feedback

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Hoping someone can help me.  I am a K-4 Information Literacy Instructor;
however, I wear many different hats, and my role keeps shifting with the
needs and times.

I am part librarian, part tech coach, part inquiry coach, part
co-teacher.  The Danielson Library/Media Specialist Evaluation tool,
which we modified 2 years ago, never really did and certainly doesn't
capture our roles now.    We need to modify it again...any thoughts?
Anyone use one you think is good and your role is similar to mine?  I'd
love any feedback...
