[ISLMA-Share] Library Clerk Training

Sounds a little silly, but I have one of my volunteers (who has the most
trouble) address each student by name. This makes it much more difficult to
check out to the wrong child (name says Patrick when the student in front
of you is a girl is a quick check =) This reminds her to slow down and
check the screen for both the name and that it is in checkout, and has cut
down on a lot of mistakes! It slows down the process a little, but I'd
rather it be correct than quick =)
