[ISLMA-Share] Request for 3rd grade resources

Wondering if you can help with sort of an odd request from my 3rd grade
team who are looking for books that talk about weather around the world.
The hook is this...

"A favorite teacher from another grade level enters the third grade classes
dressed for any weather condition. Knowing that weather is a topic of study
he asks for help in determining places that have interesting weather for
vacations around the world.  In fact, the teacher assures the class that
the entire faculty would like help planning vacations with interesting
weather."
