[ISLMA-Share] Library Clerk Training

We use Destiny and the best way we have found to avoid checking out to the wrong patron was to search for patron by homeroom. Also, even when the check in looks like it took on the screen, it sometimes doesn't. We've had this happen a few times, that's why we always check the shelves before giving the "look all over for the book" speech.

Subject: [ISLMA-Share] Library Clerk Training   I am having some issues with a new clerk in my library. She is doing her job, but making a lot of mistakes, does anyone have suggestions/materials for training a clerk to be more careful during check in and out? We are having a lot of books come back without getting checked in and books getting checked out to the wrong student account.   Thanks for any ideas...
