[ISLMA-Share] 3rd-6th grade Book discussion titles

Heartbeat by Sharon Creech is a great one for reluctant readers because it has very short chapters and is written in stanzas instead of paragraphs.
Because of Mr. Terupt, Wonder and Out of My Mind have also motivated great discussions.
