After Christams break we read Monarch books (K-3), the teachers also try to
add them into their reading. It gives us about 4 to 5 weeks to read as many
as we can. When we vote we go over the books and remind them of the story
in case they forgot. We vote the last week of February for all classes.

Bluestem, I use the powerpoint that the EXCELLENT Bluestem Committee puts
together and start book talking them :)

Third through Fifth has to read a minimum of FOUR books to vote the last
week of February.

Good Luck!!!
