Greetings School Libraries, Media Specialists, and Associations,


On behalf of the ALA Government Documents Round Table (GODORT)'s Government
Information for Children (GIC) Committee, I would like to bring to your
attention the upcoming Constitution Day Poster Design Contest​
<http://www.constitutionfacts.com/constitution-poster-design-contest/>.  We
are co-sponsoring this contest with Constitutionfacts.com, and we would
like to encourage you to spread the word to your member librarians,
libraries, and patrons.

All K-12 students, including homeschoolers, are invited to design a poster
which depicts how they benefit from the freedoms embodied in the
Constitution.  October 1, 2016 is the last day to enter the contest.  A
free pocket constitution book from Constitutionfacts.com will be given to
the first 100 students to enter.  The winners will also receive additional
prizes.

Attached you will find a promotional poster along with the entry form.
