[ISLMA-Share] "Quiet" in the Library?

We sure the stop light system. One area is posted w green which means all
is well. Yellow is getting too loud. Red means we have lost our privilege.
It never goes back once it's at yellow or red for the time I have them
which is only 30 minutes. But does start anew each time they come in. They
learn by the third week what level is appropriate and it's usually never an
issue
