[ISLMA-Share] past issues of magazines

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

I think i'll keep putting them in magazine boxes but on the label for each
i'll add a statement that they're free so they don't have to search through
them to find the one they want.  I'll put something in the announcements to
let students and staff know.
