[ISLMA-Share] Certification Question

With budgets the way they are, it is a difficult question.  If you are
certified, you should have a certified sub.  Check your contract.  This is
a sneaky way of minimizing the value of a certified person in the library.
It can also be a way that administration finds reasons to bust education
unions or collective bargaining.
