[ISLMA-Share] Constitution project

I have a great working relationship with this teacher, so most of the
points go into the process of research rather than the final product. This
keeps the student's focus on what we believe to be the most important
part. Therefore, the final product gets proportionately few points. Their
presentation options were a journal, poem, or scrapbook (tangible or
virtual). We've done this on several projects and have seen an improvement
in the quality of work since focusing on process rather than product.
