[ISLMA-Share] Google Forms Question

Hi, 

I have a teacher who wants to use Google Forms for a quiz/test. Is there a way that if he administered this during class but didn't want students to be able to look information up or cheat that we can keep students from going anywhere else on the web? 

So what I really need to know is how to do "lockdown" that one tab to prevent students from doing anything else. Is there a way?
