[ISLMA-Share] Problems with Cover Images in Follett

Hello again, all!

Thanks to everyone for who responded about the cover images issue.  I
appreciate knowing that we are not alone in our experience.  For our part,
our library team will continue to work with Follett and continue
documenting (with image files) the issues we are having.  I might also
encourage you to reach out to Follett Tech. Support -- perhaps having more
reports will result in a change that will be positive for all of our
libraries and the students we serve!

For now, knowing our problem is not specific to our district is helpful.
