[ISLMA-Share] Librarian Evaluation Instruments

I was on our district PERA committee, so I had a lot of input. I lobbied
for two Type III assessments for the librarians and others in our district
who don't have textbooks or national tests, for example, band, chorus, and
art. I tested out assessment paperwork using one of the seventh grade
classes who were studying citing sources. For the first year of
implementation only one assessment will be used to determine student
growth. Then the following year two will be required. Student growth will
count as 30%. I can't imagine using MAP scores because who knows if I or
the classroom. teacher caused their growth?
