[ISLMA-Share] Librarian Evaluation Instruments

I wrote my own on student growth in using NoodleTools to create a correctly
formatted bibliography.

I am working w my 7th grade social studies teacher. There's a pre-test, 3
grading/evaluating projects, then a post-test.

I developed a rubric and test ran it last year to make sure data on growth
was easily obtainable and ducumented.
