[ISLMA-Share] Preparing for an interview

Hello everyone!
An LRC director position has opened up in my school district and I plan to
apply. I am very excited about the possibility and want to make sure I nail
the interview. It is for a middle school (6-8) and I am an elementary
teacher. I do have the middle school endorsement and I am currently
finishing the last class for my LIS endorsement. In addition I have the
K-12 Tech Specialist and Bilingual endorsements. However, I'm worried that
since I don't have any middle school teaching experience I may be turned
away.

I was hoping you could help me and tell me what are some questions you
think I can expect during the interview. I want to be as best prepared as
possible.
