[ISLMA-Share] Ask Congress to support library funding

Yes
I had sent one and got interrupted.....boy do I have a story to tell you
when I see you next! We have a family of 5 (and 2 dogs) living with us for
3 weeks now.....I'm ready for the loony bin!!!
