Greetings all, I am soooo glad Alison asked this question. I have followed up with her directly. Please know that any and all of you can always reach out to myself or my fabulous colleague Natalie with questions about the eRead Illinois Axis 360 platform. You may also contact our awesome colleague Lesley at the Illinois Heartland Library System if you are a SHARE library about the Cloud ebook platform.

And don’t forget to take a peek at www.ereadillinois.com<http://www.ereadillinois.com> for more information about the program and email us from there.

Thanks!

Yours in library love,

vj

Subject: [ISLMA-Share] Axis 360/ ERead Illinois Admin Questions

Hello!
I'm starting to wonder if I'm the only person having trouble with the Axis 360 admin report tools. A good number of the reports will show up with "No data available" when I try to run them, when I know we've had patrons using the service. I think it's also showing some circulation numbers for all of the eRead Illinois program, and not just my school district because there's no way we've had 20,000 some checkouts (or whatever the number was...it was a lot).

I feel like the admin tools used to work a little better and I was able to get more information about who was using the service, so I know who I need to advertise it to more. They seem less user-friendly now.

I went to a training on using the reports and such and it seemed very easy at the time. I thought I was doing things correctly... I guess I am wondering if anyone else using this service has had similar problems.

Thank you!
