[ISLMA-Share] Cataloging/Circulation system on near zero budget?

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

In terms of just a circulation system (not sure about apps), I've heard
about open source ILS like Evergreen.

I know a lot of public libraries use it, but I don't have any direct
experience.  It could be worth checking out as it's free.
