Ed Young’s Seven Blind Mice has the first 6 mice as males, but the last mouse that figures it out is female. Imagine if the genders were reversed…

I'm drawing a blank this morning. One of my teachers asked me for examples of picture books that show gender bias. I can immediately think of trends (no girls in dinosaur stories, no glitter on "boy" books), but I'm having a hard time coming up with actual titles. Any books spring to mind right away? I'm much better coming up with books that defy the stereotypes.
