[ISLMA-Share] District 58 librarians?

I've been sent a change.org petition for the District 58 (Downers Grove) schools that are apparently cutting librarians...  Can anyone fill me in on this? I feel librarian cuts in our state is something we should all know about and be advocating against.  You can email me off-list.  Thanks!
