Hi there,
White Snow, Bright Snow by Alvin Tresselt was the first that came to mind,
as well as the Richard Scarry titles that have since been changed

What about the super binary titles like *The Boys Book at How To Be the
Best at Everything*, *Girls Only*

etc.?
