Just establish a new call # (GR5 author) and add them to the record.  If you need to restrict the circulation you need to change it in the back office in Destiny.

You should be able to duplicate the record  (without adding a copy) then delete the copy wish to separate from the rest. Then add a copy to the new record using the already existing barcode.
