[ISLMA-Share] MID: principal search

I am on the hiring committee for my school, which included the principal.
I always ask the same question.  What are you currently reading.

I have found that this tells so much about a person depending on what and
how they answer.
Can they actually answer it?
Is it a professional book or free reading that they mentioned?
Is there passion behind the answer?
We had one candidate tell us Hop on pop because they were reading it to
their son every night this past week!
