Hi,

Is there some sort of law that states that school librarians are NOT to
give out information on what a student has checked out?

I personally have my system delete the records once a book has been
returned...similar to the public library.

My student teacher was told in class that there is some sort of law
protecting student checkout information.

Do you know of this law?

Thanks!

Linda
