Hi all,

I am going to have a "café" in my library next year. All it really means is that there will be a Keurig coffee machine (though the kids have played the game telephone and turned it into a fully stocked Starbucks, already :)). I would like to be able to sell the pods to make a little money and not have to charge fines anymore. Do any of you do this? I'm looking for tips and tricks to making it run smoothly (even what you sell and how much you sell it for or where to purchase items to get the best deal). If students bring their own pod, but use a cup, do you charge for it? Do you have students do the selling of the pods for you? I am the only adult in here most of the day and don't want my time eaten up with managing the Keurig or cleaning up messes. Any advice you have would be great!

Thanks!
