[ISLMA-Share] Librarian Evaluation Instruments

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

I am evaluated on the Charlotte Daneilson Library Media Specialist rubric for 75% and the other 25% is student growth using two SLOS. I think the rubric is pretty specific to what I do as district librarian and have had no issues being able to show artifacts to fit into the 4 domains.
