[ISLMA-Share] Need help with a book title

Ok Info Gods and Goddesses...any idea????



*I have a friend looking for the book described below. Do you know what it
is?I need your help: I had a book as a child that I want to get for my son,
but I can't remember the name of title or author. It had animal characters
and the main  character tied his furry friends hair in knots when he got
upset with them. Anyone know what book this is?*
