[ISLMA-Share] Danielson 4a: Reflection on Practice

If you don't already, start writing simple reflections after projects are
done. I'm sure you've reflected with your fellow teachers during
collaborations and everyday exchanges. Think about any changes that you've
made based on what was or was not working in your library. Or changes
you've made based on simple data or stats. Or collection development
decisions, such as databases, that you've made in order to improve your
library. As a librarian, I'm sure you're always thinking about how to
improve...you've already got this!
