[ISLMA-Share] Danielson 4a: Reflection on Practice

I was at a Professional Development session in my district last week on
Google Forms - one of the teachers said she made one for daily reflection -
while she said she doesn't always do it, she tries to at least write
something quick daily - which also helps her see patterns, especially with
student issues. I made my own last week, and I managed to do it two out of
three days - once at school, once at home. It was pretty quick, but I am
hoping it will be a useful reflective practice.
