[ISLMA-Share] Danielson 4a: Reflection on Practice

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

I make "Notes for Next Year" on my lesson plans.  I keep my lesson plans in
Google Drive, so the notes are often at the top in red print. Usually just
a paragraph about what went well, what needs to be changed, and suggestions
for changes.  I write these immediately after a week's lessons so that they
are fresh in my mind and ready to be acted on during the next year.
