[ISLMA-Share] Student Led conference at HS

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

We do not have student led conferences. We're a K-12 district, &
conferences are held at all 4 schools over a 2 day period. The first day
runs approximately 2pm-9pm, the other starts around 8am-3pm. Parents can
schedule conferences with their child's teachers through the district
online student information platform.

I am contractually required to be at school for both conference days, but
for the past several years those days have coincided with the ISLMA
conference, so I've been able to attend the conference instead. Otherwise,
I'd be working in the learning center on whatever I needed to work on.
