[ISLMA-Share] Stolen Library Materials

I tend to handle this on a case-by-case basis, depending on the
circumstances. If the student knows who has their book and it gets into a
"he said/she said" situation, I may just mark the book Lost without
charging the student who had it checked out. There have been times when
I've suggested the student talk with their counselor (or, in high school,
maybe it would be the dean) if they know who has stolen their library book.
In other cases, if there is just a vague "Someone stole my book" claim, I
would hold the student accountable.
