[ISLMA-Share] New Middle School Endorsement Rules

Has anyone looked at this?

I haven't fully looked through it, but there is now, beginning in 2018, a
new LMS Middle School endorsement needed. Like I said, I haven't
investigated thoroughly to see how this will impact us. Just wanted to put
it our there.
